Friday, May 14th, 2021 from 11 am to 6 pm at the former Edge 2 in the Westgate Mall in Carroll, Iowa 

In addition to Walk-Ins being taken for the Moderna shot, there will also be Walk-Ins for the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. If you would like to reserve a dose of the Johnson and Johnson, please use the link below.

Reminder! 

This Friday, May 14th, is 2nd dose day for those that received dose #1 of Moderna on April 15th. This will be happening from 11 am to 6 pm at the former Edge 2 location in the Westgate Mall in Carroll, Iowa. Please use the N. Carroll Street entrance. 

If you were scheduled on the April 15th date, please check your original email to see what time you chose for May 14th. If you were a walk in on April 15th, please come anytime between 11 am and 5:45 pm. 

****CCPH will also be offering 1st dose Moderna shots for Walk-Ins at this same clinic from 11 am to 5:45 pm.****

COVID-19 Vaccination Panel Discussion

A joint educational discussion about the COVID-19 vaccinations will be shared on Thursday, May 6th featuring physicians from McFarland Clinic and St. Anthony Clinic, in conjunction with staff from Carroll County Public Health.

Chief Medical Officer Dr. Kyle Ulveling of St. Anthony Regional Hospital will moderate the discussion. The panel will include Dr. John Evans of McFarland Clinic-Carroll, along with Nicole Schwering, RN BSN, and Sara Schulte, RN BSN, of Carroll County Public Health and 42 year old COVID-19 survivor, Destiny Simons.

Topics for discussion will include current statistics, safety concerns, herd immunity, and shared goals for the future. 

The discussion will be shared via radio, newspaper, websites, and various social media on May 6th beginning with a report by Dr. Ulveling. This will be followed by the question and answer session with the panel.
